The Community Conference Center is open to all interested participants. Unfortunately, live public chats sometimes attract those that feel anything goes and anything can be said. The Community Conference Center is currently not moderated or monitored during it's evaluation period. We cannot be responsible for what goes on in there when we're off-line…and only partly responsible when on-line. The limited edition of this program does not permit administrative functions but does allow tracing of abusers. Without choice, abuse will dictate that we remove the entire system from public use. Let's have some fun here and exchange community ideas and information. Please, LET US KNOW if any abuse of the rules go on when we're not looking.
