OK, I am not bored anymore! Now that Greenhorn Grill is a reality, my philosophy has not changed. I want the Greenhorn Grill to be the best family owned restaurant in ‘Kern-tuckee.’  I believe that the best way to reach this goal is to do it the same way Grandpa Ed would do it. The old fashioned way! So, we start with the freshest ingredients we can find and dream of a great recipe idea, then cut, trim, chop, slice, dice and simmer our way to the best food we can put  on a plate. That's why we choose to use Certified Angus Beef® brand burgers and steaks & our commitment to our customers!  Surely we could use a cheaper grade of beef and we could also use lots of frozen pre-packaged foods. Ya Right!  And I could have purchased dinner tables with "Made in China" stamped on them. But just like the loving care and detail that went into crafting each of our own custom tables, we think you will appreciate our effort and dedication.  I know Grandpa Ed would approve. Besides, I wouldn't have it any other way. And if the truth be told, I don't expect you would either. So there ya have it! That's our story and we're stickin' to it!
