Whenever there are available lanes that are not being used by
leagues, parties, or tournaments, Mountain Mesa Lanes offers open bowling.
Anyone (reservations not needed) can pop in and bowl as many games as they
want. Open Bowling with special fun tournaments are usually available
evenings.

COSMIC BOWLING

Join us at Mountain Mesa Lanes for a futuristic bowling
experience that features a cosmic light show, lasers, fog machines, great music
from a state of the art sound system, plus glow in the dark bowling lanes, pins
and bowling balls! Cosmic bowling is all that, and more!
A special film is applied to our lanes which produces a glowing
effect when exposed to black light. Cosmic Bowling is the latest rage in
Specialty Bowling formats. To get the most out of the experience, we recommend
that bowlers wear white, which will glow along with the lanes, pins and balls.

Mesa Lanes hasn't forgotten the little tykes and beginners. We'll even level
the lane, so to speak. Upon request, we can instantly provide "Bumper Bowling"
to prevent the ball from dropping into the channels. This option will keep you
from getting frustrated and giving up before you get the feel and thrill of
making pins scatter. The careening ball from a bumper just may score a couple
of strikes for your beginning sports enthusiast's future.
