| Junior hunters wanting a permit must apply in writing, listing their name, complete address, phone number, date of birth, 2004-2005 junior hunting license number, escorts full name, and the hunt letter and date desired in order of preference. If an applicant's first hunt choice has been filled, they may be drawn for an alternate hunt (if indicated) that has not been filled. All remaining applicants will go on a stand-by list in order of postmark. Up to 4 junior hunters may apply as a group if completed applications for each hunter are included in the same envelope. An applicants name may only be on one application for any or all of the four hunts. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| Applications must be
received by 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2004 at which time selection is made on a
first come, first served basis based on application postmark. Permits will be
issued until all 120 vacancies have been filled. All applicants will be
notified. One non-hunting adult (18 years or older) is required to supervise
and accompany no more than two junior hunters in the field. HOWEVER, FOR SAFETY
PURPOSES, NO MORE THAN ONE ESCORT MAY ACCOMPANY EACH JUNIOR HUNTER.
